New Patient Questions

Yes! We are accepting new patients and are excited to help serve you in your dental needs!

We offer different financing options. The most common ones are Care Credit. Care Credit is a good option for those who would like to spread their payments out over the course of a year. This option offers 0% interest to the patient- as long as you stay current on your payments. Woodland Dentistry pays a small fee to work with Care Credit- not the patient.

Another common option is to use our Woodland Dentistry Savings Plan!

Bring your smile, but also remember to bring these with you to your first appointment:

  • Your completed patient information forms (see above)
  • Your insurance card

Typically, arriving 10-15 minutes early is a great way to make sure all paperwork is completed so we can be as prepared as possible for you appointment.

During your first visit we will:

  • Review your dental and medical history forms and take X-rays and photographs of your teeth and mouth.
  • Check your teeth and gums for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis.
  • The doctor will meet with you to discuss your X-rays and photographs, help you create your own individual treatment plan, schedule your cleaning, and answer any questions that you may have.

The ADA recommends a child’s first dental visit around the age of one. Woodland Dentistry’s goal is to start with positive dental experiences at a young age so going to the dentist can be something kids look forward to! We look for ways to celebrate a good dental experience, this usually ends with children receiving a prize such as a Hatchimal, stickers and other prizes.
